U.S. Attorney, licensed with the New York State Bar, Jamie holds a Juris Doctorate from Tulane University School of Law – Louisiana. He has been working in Southeast Asia since 2004 and in Thailand since 2007. He is familiar with Thai, Laos, Cambodian, and Myanmar law. Experienced with well-known International Law Firms, his practice covers International Finance, Corporate and Commercial as well as Property Law. Studied comparative international law at Paris Institute of Legal Studies - France, he speaks English and French. 

Moved from Bangkok and started working with Crawshaws in November of 2015, Jamie later took over Crawshaws in 2017 from Michael Peart, founder of Crawshaws, who is enjoying his retirement. At present, Jamie is leading Crawshaws Solicitors as a Managing Director. 

Legal Associate specializing in Property Law and International Environmental Law. Graeme holds an LL.B degree from the University of Pretoria (LL.B) and Masters in Law from the University of Cape Town(LL.M).

 

Graeme has experience in many facets of the Legal Industry including litigation, mediation, negotiations, auditing and consulting. He has worked for various Law firms in Cape Town, South Africa as well as working as a specialized consultant and auditor dealing with various environmental matters. Graeme joined Crawshaws Solicitors in 2019 as an Associate specializing in Commercial Contracts and Negotiation regarding property and business acquisitions.
